A special #MusicInTheAir Podcast to start another new year

Villahangar concludes a new musical year and enters 2022 first of all by thanking all the artists who confidently continue to support and believe in the project. Thus continues a common and shared journey that could not exist without the heartfelt participation of all, also given the global complexity of the historical period.

For this week’s Podcast Villahangar then retraces the musical stages of another year that is added to its history and the construction of a well-defined identity and artistic direction, continuing to carry out its creative mission with enthusiasm and conviction: music under the sign of quality.

#MusicInTheAir continues its path and increases the portfolio of its guests from all over the world: many were the new artists and important labels that it welcomed, and among consolidated names and new talents the weekly Podcast remains an indisputable reference point of the musical offer signed Villahangar, discovering the universes of the most interesting emerging artists on the international scene. 

On the release front, great excitement: after the Various Artists [#UNDERWATER] of 2020, for the past year there have been many new releases: from Diass with “Bloom Together” EP to Knowhat and his “Tribalistars” EP, passing through Matt Sawyer with “Cloud’s Song” EP. Leo Guardo was the protagonist together with Tabia with the track “Mbokodo”, of which an EP of remixes was also released by three artists with their personal musical visions: Hanna Hais, La Santa, Eisor and Breeze and The Sun.

Finally, Dr. Feel with his “Nile” EP and Jabzz Dimitri along with Leo Guardo, Feat. Priscilla, with the song “Broken Melodies”.

Many positive feedbacks, such as that of an artist of the caliber of Black Coffee: he supported Mbokobo and Tribalistars in all the dancefloors of the world.

But the surprises continue: three will be the remixes of the track “Golden Hour” by The Axiom, which will soon see the light on Top Town Records – the new label of a decisive experimental nature dedicated to indie music, where the sound is enriched with refined electronic influences exploring dance, pop and rock, of the PP Production group headed by Villahangar, which debuted just this year with the song “Coupled Spins” by Freaky Farm: one by Iban Mendoza and another by David Moreno and Iban Mendoza will be released on Villahangar while the third, by Daniel Trim, will be on Top Town Records.

For the year just started will also be released remixes of the track “Broken Melodies” by Jabzz Dimitri and Leo Guardo Feat. Priscilla, signed by Enoo Napa and Matt Sawer and another Double Drop project: an excellent, convincing and hopefully auspicious start for a musical year full of news and collaborations, all to share and enjoy.
